RFK Jr.'s VP Pick Complicates Ballot Access

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s pick of Nicole Shanahan as his running mate, a lawyer and philanthropist, has been met with confusion by the Libertarian National Committee and may complicate his efforts to get on the ballot in several states, including California. Kennedy will need to collect signatures from at least 1.1 million voters by 23 June in California. Despite the challenges, Shanahan's financial support, including a $4m donation to a super PAC promoting Kennedy, provides substantial backing to his campaign.
