Sinema will focus on advising clients in industries like AI and cryptocurrency on navigating regulatory challenges and will not register as a lobbyist in her new role. Her prior experience includes serving on advisory councils such as Coinbase's and playing a pivotal role in significant legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Act. Daniel Winkler, her former Senate adviser, joins her at the firm as a policy adviser. Hogan Lovells, which has seen a notable increase in revenue, values Sinema's bipartisan legislative experience and her ability to work across the political spectrum.
