The account has posted a series of hateful and xenophobic comments, including assertions that 'America is a White nation' and 'migrants are all criminals.' Rodden's role involves representing ICE in immigration court hearings, raising concerns about his potential biases against vulnerable immigrants. The account has since restricted its visibility, but the Observer has archived numerous offensive posts. Rodden has not publicly responded to these allegations, and ICE has declined to comment pending further review.
