Ukrainian President Condemns Russian Aerial Strikes

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned recent Russian aerial attacks that resulted in at least 11 fatalities and numerous injuries in Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih. The strikes, which occurred on December 6, targeted a service station in Zaporizhzhia, killing nine people and injuring 19 others, including children. In Kryvyi Rih, a missile strike resulted in two deaths and 16 injuries, damaging a residential building. Zelensky emphasized that these attacks demonstrate Russia's lack of interest in peace and that only through strength can real peace be achieved. The ongoing bombardment raises concerns as winter approaches, with Zelensky asserting that such violence has been a consistent aspect of Russia's nearly three-year invasion. He reiterated that the international support for Ukraine is vital in countering these aggressions.
