The posters, which appeared at various bus shelters in Philadelphia, depict Harris in an Eagles helmet and include a URL to the Eagles’ legitimate nonpartisan voter information site. Both the Eagles and their advertising partner, Intersection, are working to remove the unauthorized ads, which were illegally placed in ad spaces. The city clarified that neither the Harris campaign, the Eagles, nor Intersection were involved in the creation or placement of these ads. Speculation suggests that satirical street artist Winston Tseng might be behind the posters, though he has not claimed responsibility.
