Eric Clapton Supports RFK Jr. in Fundraiser

Rock legend Eric Clapton helped raise $2.2m for Robert F Kennedy Jr's 2024 presidential campaign on Monday. The money will be split between Kennedy's campaign and a political action committee supporting his run, with the remaining $1.2m going to the latter. Tickets for the event, which was held in LA, started at $3,300, with the most expensive ones costing $6,600. In a statement released on Tuesday, Kennedy thanked Clapton, saying he sang "from the depths of the human condition".
