Concurrently, Trump's past donations to Harris's campaigns have resurfaced, revealing that he and his daughter Ivanka donated a total of $8,000 to her when she was California Attorney General. Despite his current attacks on Harris, Trump had a history of donating to various Democrats, including Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton, to gain political favors. Harris redirected these donations to a nonprofit in 2015, emphasizing her non-involvement in soliciting these funds.
