Trump Nominates U.S. Attorneys in Three Districts

President Donald Trump has nominated Nicholas Chase for U.S. Attorney in North Dakota, Daniel Rosen for the District of Minnesota, and Kurt Wall for the Middle District of Louisiana, all pending Senate confirmation. Chase, a Cass County District Court Judge with over two decades of experience in the U.S. Attorney’s office, received praise from North Dakota's senators for his integrity and record prosecuting major crimes. Rosen, a University of Minnesota Law School alumnus with a Navy background and more than 30 years of legal experience, was supported by Minnesota’s Republican delegation for his legal acumen and dedication to public safety. Wall, a seasoned prosecutor from East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes, was nominated for his focus on combating violent crime. All three nominees have been commended for their commitment to justice and public service. Senate approval is required before they assume their new roles.
