Judge Allows Trump's $20 Billion Lawsuit Against CBS to Proceed

A federal judge has allowed President Trump's $20 billion lawsuit against CBS News and its parent company Paramount Global to proceed, rejecting the defendants' motion to dismiss the case as 'moot.' The lawsuit, originally filed for $10 billion, alleges that CBS engaged in election interference by editing a '60 Minutes' interview with Kamala Harris to misrepresent her statements just before the election.
