Ramaswamy Eyes Ohio Senate and Cabinet Roles

Ohio Governor Mike DeWine would appoint Vance's replacement if Trump and Vance win, and Ramaswamy is considered a top contender, although he has not yet discussed the matter with DeWine. Other potential candidates for the Senate seat include Republican Reps. Dave Joyce and Mike Carey, as well as state Sen. Matt Dolan. Ramaswamy has also hinted at a willingness to serve in a Trump administration cabinet position, aligning with his focus on reducing the size and influence of the federal bureaucracy.
