Ukraine Launches Drone Strike On Major Kirishi Oil Refinery, Causes Fire

The attack comes amid Russia experiencing fuel shortages and recent disruptions caused by drone strikes on oil infrastructure and communication networks. Russian authorities also reported the destruction of over 80 Ukrainian drones overnight and additional sabotage incidents on railways in the region.
