He was last spotted wearing blue shorts, a gray shirt, and red Crocs shoes. Kahan has high-functioning autism along with other mental health conditions, prompting concern for his wellbeing. Authorities are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the Rowlett Police Department or call 911.
