CBS's The Talk To Conclude on Dec. 20

CBS has announced that 'The Talk' will conclude its 15-season run with a final week of live shows from December 16 to December 20, 2024. Current hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Natalie Morales, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood will celebrate the show's legacy, which has included nearly 3,000 episodes and numerous awards, including 14 Daytime Emmys. During the final week, the show will feature significant holiday giveaways totaling over $2.5 million. The series premiered on October 18, 2010, as CBS's answer to ABC's 'The View' and has evolved over the years while maintaining a focus on current events and pop culture. Following its finale, 'The Talk's' time slot will be taken over by a new soap opera titled 'Beyond the Gates,' debuting on February 24, 2025. CBS expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the show's production and acknowledged its contribution to daytime television.
