Two Teens Charged with Separate Double Homicides in California, Texas

Two separate double homicides involving teenagers have recently occurred in the United States. In Bakersfield, California, 17-year-old Ramahs Darnell Turner has been charged with two counts of murder and robbery for a shooting that killed Damien Joseph Bullard and Anthony Victor Ochoa. In Arlington, Texas, 19-year-old Xavier Weddington was arrested and charged with capital murder after fatally shooting brothers Jason and Bryan Cuevas during what police described as a high-risk transaction that went wrong. Weddington was found with a gunshot wound himself and gave inconsistent statements about his involvement. A witness identified him as the shooter, and multiple firearms were recovered at the Arlington crime scene. Weddington was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force and is held on a $1 million bond.
