IDF Kills Hamas Gunmen amid International Aid Offers

About two dozen Western and European countries led by Canada offered financial aid, medical staff and equipment to treat Gaza patients in the occupied West Bank and urged Israel to restore a medical corridor to allow evacuations to Palestinian territory; the United States was not among the signatories.
