Benjamin Booker Announces New Album LOWER

Benjamin Booker has announced his first album in over seven years, titled 'Lower', set to release on January 24, 2025, through his new label, Fire Next Time Records. The lead single, 'LWA IN THE TRAILER PARK', reflects a significant artistic shift towards a rawer sound, co-produced with Kenny Segal, who played a crucial role in the album's development. The music video for the single, inspired by Paul Schrader's cinematic themes, showcases a troubled character's journey. Booker's last album, 'Witness', was released in 2017, and since then, he has contributed to tracks with other artists, maintaining a presence in the music scene. The upcoming North American tour, kicking off February 2, 2025, will feature Segal alongside Booker. The album consists of 11 tracks, illustrating Booker's exploration of diverse musical influences.
