Zelenskyy, 26 Nations Commit Troops, Push EU Russian Oil Independence

At a recent 'Coalition of the Willing' summit in Paris, which included over 30 countries and was co-chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and U.K. Prime Minister Keir Starmer, an agreement was reached to deploy troops as part of security guarantees for Ukraine. Trump, who dialed into the meeting and sent envoy Steve Witkoff, expressed commitment to pursuing a peace agreement and urged the EU to cease purchasing Russian oil. Zelensky expressed gratitude for Trump's efforts and America's readiness to support Ukraine, while both Zelensky and Macron accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of delaying peace negotiations. Macron also indicated U.S. willingness to join coalition measures against Russia if it hinders direct talks between Zelensky and Putin.
