Three States Sue Trump Administration Over Gender-Affirming Care Order

The Justice Department's new position argues that the ban does not violate equal protection laws, urging the Supreme Court to still resolve the case despite the shift. This case is crucial as it could set a precedent for similar bans across numerous Republican-led states. The Supreme Court has yet to issue a ruling on the matter, having heard oral arguments in December.
