The poll, commissioned by Trump and conducted by his favored pollster Tony Fabrizio, reportedly demonstrated that other Republicans like Governor Brian Kemp or Kelly Loeffler would be more competitive candidates. Greene, while confirming the poll's existence, criticized its credibility and claimed Fabrizio had a conflict of interest. She insisted that her decision not to run was based on her belief that the Senate is controlled by the 'uniparty' and is ineffective, rather than any pressure from Trump. Kemp, considered the strongest GOP contender, has also declined to run for the seat.
