Stars to Host Navy Federal Series at AT&T

The NHL announced the Dallas Stars will host the 2027 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Feb. 20, 2027, with puck drop set for 8 p.m. ET and the opponent to be determined. Commissioner Gary Bettman and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones praised the partnership, noting Jones has long advocated for an outdoor game at AT&T Stadium. This will be the first hockey game held at AT&T Stadium; the Stars previously played the 2020 Winter Classic at the Cotton Bowl, which drew about 85,630 fans. NHL events executives and Stars owner Tom Gaglardi said they expect the venue to fill and deliver a world-class fan experience. With AT&T’s standard capacity around 85,000 and the ability to exceed 100,000 with standing room, the league believes the game could rival the NHL’s single-game attendance records.
