Pfizer Ready to Shift Manufacturing Amid Tariff Threats

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla announced that the company is prepared to relocate its overseas manufacturing operations to the U.S. if President Trump's proposed tariffs on pharmaceuticals materialize. This move aligns with Trump's push for increased domestic manufacturing amid his broader tariff strategy affecting multiple sectors, including a proposed 25% tariff on imports from Mexico and Canada and 10% on Chinese goods.
