Judge Denies Live Nation, Ticketmaster's Bid to Dismiss DOJ Antitrust Case

The antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation and Ticketmaster, initiated by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and 30 state attorneys general, will proceed after a federal judge denied the company's motion to dismiss. Judge Subramanian emphasized that the nature of financial arrangements between artists and promoters is a factual issue that needs further exploration.
