The War on Drugs Announces Live Album Release

The War on Drugs has announced a new live album titled 'Live Drugs Again,' set for release on September 13, 2024. This album follows their 2020 release 'Live Drugs' and features recordings from their tours between February 2022 and December 2023 across multiple regions, including the US, UK, Europe, and Australia. Frontman Adam Granduciel emphasized that the album captures the band's evolution and live performance growth, with the first single being a live version of 'Burning.' Alongside this, they shared a cover of Tom Petty's 'You Wreck Me' for the soundtrack of the series 'Bad Monkey.' The album includes 11 tracks, showcasing how the band's sound has matured since their last live release, coinciding with their upcoming co-headlining tour with The National.
