Visa Q4 Revenue +12%, Guides 2026 Growth

Visa reported fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS of $2.98, slightly above estimates, and net revenue of about $10.7–10.72 billion, up roughly 12% year over year. Growth was driven by a 9% rise in payments volume and a 10% increase in processed transactions to about 67.7 billion, with cross‑border activity up roughly 12% (about 11% ex‑Europe). Management guided fiscal‑2026 to low‑double‑digit organic revenue growth and said pricing remained accretive. For fiscal 2025, Visa posted GAAP net income of roughly $20.1 billion on about $40 billion of net revenue, processed 257.5 billion transactions, and repurchased roughly $18.2 billion of stock with $24.9 billion of remaining buyback authorization. Analysts reacted positively (JPMorgan reiterated Overweight with a $430 target), and peer Mastercard also reported a strong quarter, underscoring resilient consumer spending.
