Antonio Banks, 36, is in custody facing an aggravated assault charge after being caught on surveillance video hitting a woman in the head in Downtown Dallas, causing her to collapse. The incident occurred on Field and Elm streets, and Banks was identified and arrested, currently held on bonds totaling $150,500 for multiple charges. In a separate case, Dallas police officer Brennon Wilkinson, 28, was arrested for alleged sexual assault of a child, facing charges including aggravated sexual assault and indecency with a child. Wilkinson, who has been with the department since 2020, is on administrative leave pending investigations. Additionally, senior corporal Raneen Bazzi was placed on administrative leave after being arrested on a family violence assault charge while off duty. Bazzi has been with the Dallas Police Department since 2015 and is under internal investigation.
