Two Men Sentenced Over Child Pornography in Kansas, Texas

Two men were sentenced to lengthy prison terms for producing child pornography in separate cases in 2025. Clell Lacy, 78, from Wichita, Kansas, was sentenced to 30 years after pleading guilty to using hidden cameras to record two teenagers engaging in sexual acts and storing the images at his home. His case was investigated by the Wichita Police Department and the Kansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Meanwhile, Carlos Isaac Barrientos, 36, from Arlington, Texas, received a 405-month (approximately 33.75 years) federal sentence after pleading guilty to producing child pornography and illegally possessing a machine gun. Barrientos was connected to a truck theft investigation where illegal firearms and cell phones containing child pornography were discovered. His case involved multiple agencies, including the Arlington and Bedford police departments, the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and the Department of Homeland Security.
