Swift Gets 5-Year Restraining Order; Kelce Trespass Arrest
A man identified as Justin Lee Fisher was arrested Sept. 15 after jumping a fence into the gated Leawood neighborhood of NFL star Travis Kelce and was found on Kelce’s property; he was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing, released on bond and is due back in Leawood Municipal Court on Oct. 15. Multiple outlets report Fisher, a former police officer now working as a process server, said he was trying to serve Taylor Swift deposition papers tied to the Justin Baldoni–Blake Lively litigation, though law enforcement has not independently confirmed service and a judge recently denied Baldoni’s request to depose Swift. Separately, a Los Angeles judge on Sept. 22 granted Swift a five-year restraining order against Brian Jason Wagner after allegations he repeatedly appeared at her home, made false claims he fathered her child, diverted mail and sent threatening messages; the order requires Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away and to surrender any firearms. Wagner has reportedly gone missing and evaded service, prompting Swift’s team to hire private investigators and heighten security measures, including a portable bulletproof partition at a Kansas City Chiefs game and scaled-back public appearances. Swift’s team says the incidents left her fearing imminent harm, and legal and security efforts are ongoing as authorities and her security detail try to locate Wagner and address the trespassing incident.
