Trump's Bid to Move Case Denied by Judge

The judge's ruling also emphasized that concerns about bias in the trial are matters for state courts, not federal jurisdiction. Trump's legal team has sought to overturn the verdict and challenge the impartiality of the trial judge, but these efforts have so far been unsuccessful. Sentencing for Trump is currently scheduled for mid-September, following a delay prompted by the Supreme Court's decision.
