Putin, Trump Agree to Ceasefire and Prisoner Exchange

In a significant diplomatic development, U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed to a 30-day ceasefire involving energy and infrastructure targets between Russia and Ukraine. The agreement includes initiating technical negotiations for a maritime ceasefire in the Black Sea, with talks commencing immediately in the Middle East.
