Phoenix and Dallas Shootings Lead to Multiple Deaths

In Phoenix, a man was pronounced dead at the scene after being found with a gunshot wound at an apartment complex on Thursday afternoon, while two others nearby sustained injuries but are expected to recover. A gun was found at the scene, and detectives have taken over the investigation. Meanwhile, in Dallas, a shooting on Monday night in the Red Bird area resulted in the death of Oliver Moffett, 36.
