Biden to Visit Germany and Angola in October

In Angola, Biden will meet with President João Lourenço to discuss economic partnerships and the development of Africa's first transcontinental open-access rail network. The visit also follows Biden's recent decision to exit the presidential race and endorse Vice President Kamala Harris.
