Student Sues Trump Administration to Prevent Deportation

Yunseo Chung, a 21-year-old Korean American student and legal permanent resident at Columbia University, has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration to prevent her deportation, which she claims is retaliatory for her pro-Palestinian activism. Despite multiple visits from immigration agents, Chung has not yet been arrested.
