Eric Quill Returns as FC Dallas Head Coach

Eric Quill has been appointed as the new head coach of FC Dallas, returning to the club where he previously led North Texas SC to the inaugural USL League One Championship in 2019 and was recognized as Coach of the Year. Quill replaces interim coach Peter Luccin following the dismissal of Nico Estevez. Before accepting the role at FC Dallas, Quill was the head coach of New Mexico United, where he led the team to its best record and the Western Conference title in the USL Championship. Quill is credited with developing notable U.S. internationals such as Ricardo Pepi and Tanner Tessmann. His appointment reflects FC Dallas' continued focus on player development and competitive success. The transition was facilitated by a contract buyout agreement between FC Dallas and New Mexico United.
