A police chase on Monday afternoon in Dallas ended with the death of Donald Ingram, a suspect linked to a homicide in Kaufman County. The chase began when Richardson police identified Ingram's vehicle and pursued him from Arapaho Road to U.S. Highway 75. During the chase, Ingram fired at officers and eventually shot a woman in the passenger seat and himself. The woman is in critical condition, while three children in the car were unharmed. The incident is under investigation by the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office. The suspect's wife, Michelle Ingram, was found dead at their home in Forney prior to the chase.
