Iran Supreme Leader Denounces US Obedience Demand Ahead Nuclear Talks

He criticized calls for direct negotiations with the US as superficial, emphasizing that the core issues between the countries cannot be resolved through talks. Despite refusing direct negotiations with the US, Iran has agreed to resume nuclear talks with European powers—Britain, France, and Germany—who have threatened to reimpose sanctions if Iran does not comply. Khamenei urged Iranians to maintain national unity against external pressures and condemned US efforts to subjugate Iran.
