Dar Global Announces US Expansion Plans

Dar Global, the Dubai-based luxury real estate developer, is set to expand its operations in the U.S. and Greece following a partnership with the Trump Organization, aiming to create high-end residences in key international cities. The company has announced a total of 10 projects for 2024, valued at over $1.9 billion, including the Trump Jeddah Tower in Saudi Arabia and luxury developments in the UAE, Qatar, and Spain. Among the notable projects is Neptune by Mouawad in Riyadh, a $230 million luxury villa development, and The Astera on Al Marjan Island, featuring interiors designed by Aston Martin. Additionally, Dar Global plans to invest $300 million in U.S. real estate, focusing on markets like New York, Miami, and Los Angeles. The collaboration with the Trump Organization includes new Trump towers in Jeddah and Dubai, reflecting a long-standing relationship between the two entities. This expansion aligns with the growing demand for ultra-luxury residences in the Gulf and beyond, positioning Dar Global as a significant player in the global luxury market.
