Murphy urges Trump to review NYC congestion pricing impact

New Jersey's legal challenge to the program is ongoing, with plans to amend their lawsuit against the federal Department of Transportation. Meanwhile, the state is also initiating a $20 million program to support New Jersey residents working in New York City.
