Joe Exotic Engaged to Fellow Inmate Marquez

Joe Exotic, the infamous star of Netflix's 'Tiger King', has announced his engagement to fellow inmate Jorge Marquez while serving a 21-year sentence for animal abuse and a murder-for-hire plot. Marquez, 33 and originally from Mexico, is also serving time for immigration-related issues. The couple plans to marry in prison by December 12 and hope to secure asylum for Marquez; otherwise, they plan to leave the US after their release. This marks Exotic's third engagement in three years, with previous partners including Dillon Passage and another inmate, John Graham. Exotic's criminal history includes attempts to hire a hitman to kill rival Carole Baskin and violations of federal wildlife laws. The announcement was made on social media, where Exotic expressed his longstanding desire to have met Marquez.
