An 18-year-old woman named Jenny Rosales was fatally shot in the chest following a minor car accident in the parking lot of Don's Seafood restaurant in Fort Worth. The incident occurred as the two drivers were exchanging insurance information when the suspect, Laterica Johnson, 47, allegedly pulled out a handgun, pointed it at bystanders, and tried to leave without providing her insurance details. Johnson then fired the weapon, striking Rosales, who died at the scene. After the shooting, Johnson fled but subsequently called 911 and waited for police to arrive at her location, where she was arrested.
