Springsteen Unveils Unreleased Albums, Biopic Update

Bruce Springsteen will release 'Tracks II: The Lost Albums' on June 27, a box set featuring 83 songs across seven previously unreleased albums recorded between 1983 and 2018. Springsteen clarified that a full electric version of his album 'Nebraska' does not exist, though some electric material from those sessions is in the vault. He confirmed that 'Tracks III,' consisting of five more albums spanning his entire career through 2024, is complete and likely to be released within the next few years, which will nearly empty his archive of unreleased material. Springsteen also revealed he has a finished solo album expected in 2026 and a second volume of his soul/R&B covers project in the works. The archival releases coincide with the ongoing E Street Band tour and a 'Nebraska' biopic scheduled for October 2024. At 75, Springsteen continues to release both archival and new music.
