Runoff Elections Set in U.S., Arkansas, Mississippi

Several runoff elections are set to take place across the United States due to candidates failing to secure the required majority. In Fort Smith, Arkansas, Lee Kemp and Russ Bragg will face off for the Ward 3 director's seat after neither candidate surpassed the necessary threshold for an outright win.
