DHL Sues MyPillow for $800,000 in Unpaid Bills

DHL has filed a lawsuit against Mike Lindell's company MyPillow, claiming it owes nearly $800,000 for unpaid delivery services. The lawsuit alleges that MyPillow violated a contract requiring payments within 15 days and failed to adhere to a settlement reached in May 2023, which mandated $775,000 in payments over 24 months. So far, MyPillow has only paid about $65,000, leading DHL to seek a total of $799,925.59 plus interest and attorney fees. Lindell, who is currently representing himself in court, has previously faced various lawsuits, including a $5 million judgment for defamation and multiple claims from other shipping companies. The financial strain on MyPillow has been exacerbated by the loss of major advertising partnerships and declining retailer support. Lindell's ongoing legal troubles reflect a broader pattern of financial instability for his company.
