Trade Deadline: Chiefs, Cowboys, Jets Active
The NFL trade deadline on Nov. 4 is approaching and multiple teams are circling significant moves. The Kansas City Chiefs, after rallying from an 0-2 start behind Patrick Mahomes, are expected to be active but have reportedly cooled on adding a running back and are being linked not only to veteran backs such as Alvin Kamara but also to pass rushers and other skill pieces like Kyle Pitts. The winless New York Jets are widely expected to field offers, with multiple starters — including Breece Hall, Jermaine Johnson, Will McDonald, Michael Carter II, Quinnen Williams and Quincy Williams — drawing trade interest, though the team is not expected to stage a fire sale. The Dallas Cowboys (3-3-1) say they need a front-line defensive difference-maker and have been connected to names such as Maxx Crosby, while other clubs including the Bills are also exploring upgrades. Other deadline targets being floated include middle-of-the-field options like Cody Barton for teams seeking linebacker help.
