Two 19-Year-Olds Charged with Capital Murder in McKinney Shooting

Two 19-year-olds, Hassan Muhsen and Conner Gebhardt, have been arrested and charged with capital murder following a shooting incident in McKinney that left another 19-year-old, Vicente Segoviano, dead. The shooting occurred early Wednesday morning at a residence on Collin McKinney Parkway, and Segoviano was found with a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspects were apprehended later that evening during a traffic stop in the vicinity of Glen Oaks and Stonebridge.
