Russian Strikes Kill 11, Injure Over 113 Across Ukraine

Russian attacks across multiple Ukrainian regions have killed at least 11 civilians and injured more than 100, including children, in the past day, with Kharkiv suffering significant casualties and widespread destruction from ballistic missile strikes, reportedly using cluster munitions.
