Jack Posobiec Voted in Pennsylvania Despite Maryland Residence

Investigations by Slate and other outlets show MAGA influencer and conspiracy theorist Jack Posobiec cast ballots in Pennsylvania from 2004 through 2024 despite a long paper trail indicating he has lived in Maryland for nearly a decade. Evidence cited includes a 2017 divorce filing, social‑media posts, Federal Election Commission donation records and his wife’s Maryland voter registration. Reporters found he used military/overseas ballots through 2016 and then voted in Pennsylvania via absentee or in‑person ballots using his parents’ Montgomery County address in 2018, 2022 and 2024. Posobiec, known for promoting Pizzagate and post‑2020 election fraud claims and who was enlisted by the RNC to train poll watchers, has repeatedly amplified allegations of fraud in Pennsylvania. Legal experts say knowingly voting where one does not reside could violate state law; Pennsylvania authorities and the Montgomery County district attorney have been alerted and declined to comment, and Posobiec has not been charged.
