MANTRA and DAMAC Group's $1B Tokenization Partnership

MANTRA blockchain has partnered with the UAE's DAMAC Group to tokenize over $1 billion in assets, marking a significant move in the region's real estate and digital asset sectors. Starting in early 2025, the initiative will convert DAMAC's real estate, hospitality, and data center assets into digital tokens, allowing for fractional and more accessible investment opportunities. This collaboration highlights DAMAC's ongoing commitment to blockchain technology, following its acceptance of cryptocurrency payments in 2022. MANTRA's blockchain infrastructure, which launched its mainnet in October 2024, will facilitate this tokenization, aiming to streamline traditional investment processes.
