Burrage, the estate spans nearly 55,000 square feet and includes luxurious features such as a beach house, guest house, and private car museum. Located adjacent to billionaire Larry Ellison's estate, the property boasts both ocean and Intracoastal frontage, totaling over 700 feet. Developer Stewart Satter, a former mayor of Manalapan, previously purchased the land for $27.5 million and plans to include a variety of high-end amenities like a shooting range, bowling alley, and golf simulator. The mansion is expected to attract significant interest, marking it as a key player in the luxury real estate market. If sold at its asking price, it would surpass the current record for single-family home sales in Florida.
