Diddy Transferred to Fort Dix After Sentencing

Sean “Diddy” Combs, 55, began serving a 50-month federal sentence at FCI Fort Dix after a July conviction on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution; he was acquitted on other sex‑trafficking and racketeering charges. Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced him on Oct. 3, 2025, ordered a $500,000 fine and credited him with roughly 13 months already served, projecting a May 8, 2028 release. His legal team successfully petitioned to transfer him from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn to Fort Dix to access rehabilitative offerings including the RDAP and to maximize family visits, and he is reportedly housed in the facility’s drug‑program unit. At Fort Dix he has been assigned to laundry duty washing and drying inmates’ clothes and was photographed in the yard interacting with fellow inmates, including former NBA player Sebastian Telfair. Reporting notes Fort Dix is a low‑security but large facility and that Combs previously faced safety concerns while at MDC.
