Leaked 'Gaza Riviera' Plan Reveals Forced Relocation of 2 Million Palestinians

A leaked plan known as the Gaza Reconstitution, Economic Acceleration and Transformation Trust (GREAT) proposes the forced relocation of Gaza's entire population of 2 million people, placing the territory under U.S. trusteeship for at least a decade and redeveloping it into high-tech megacities. The plan, reportedly developed by Israeli collaborators and financial planners from Boston Consulting Group, suggests Palestinians would be encouraged to leave voluntarily or move to restricted zones, with landowners offered digital tokens as compensation. Those remaining would be confined to extremely small housing units, which critics describe as a form of ethnic cleansing and demographic engineering. Human rights groups, including Trial International, have condemned the proposal as a blueprint for mass deportation and a violation of international law, warning of potential crimes such as forced population transfer and collective punishment. The White House and U.S. State Department have not commented, but the plan appears to align with President Donald Trump's prior statements about wanting to "clean out" Gaza. The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, linked to the plan's developers, has also been criticized for failing to provide adequate aid and for alleged complicity in violence against Palestinians.
